In 2016, many important events happened in the world, including President Trump’s encouraging US manufacturers to move their production lines back to the United States as well as enhancing tax friendliness and speeding up the US FDA review on medical devices to improve the development environment for the industry concerned. The abolition of the original Obama government health insurance system in 2017 also affects the main thinking axis of affordability of the US medical industry development model; continuous attention will be paid to the future development of a new health insurance system. In addition, the European economies are also facing enormous challenges. Besides both the refugee and economic issues, the confirmation of Brexit also affects the development of the medical industry in Western European countries.
