In 2012, over 19 million units were sold in China automotive market, and it will keep growth in 2013, As China market is the number one in the world, it is 25% market share. It is also predicted that automobile electronics revenue will reach US$23.4 billion in 2015. After the ECFA (Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement) was signed by between Taiwan and China in January of 2011, cross-strait trade has been increased and the starting of “the bridging plan” kicked off a formal exchange channel between the ICT industry....
